MARDE LTD delivers to P.O. Boxes depending on the uniqueness of a situation; please note that signature is obligatory at this stage.

Please note that we do work with the following companies:

At the moment we are collaborating with 2 couriers: Fedex and TNT; while for Cyprus we do work with Datapost and Akis Express.

Express delivery to Cyprus and Local Pick-up: Free

Express shipping to EU: 25€ EUROS

Express shipping to Northern Europe: 35€

Express shipping to Middle East, Asia and Oceania: 50€

Express shipping to Americas: (USA, Northern America, Latin America): 50€

Please note that shipping within Cyprus is free.

 

When We Deliver

Please note we cannot carry out international deliveries on weekends as all the couriers are closed. Also we do expect you to be aware of Cyprus public holidays.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Know your right:

At the moment unfortunately we are not able to offer free returns so this will be on customers’ expenses. Please send all your returns to: 16, EZ Chrysanthou Mylona street 3030, Limassol, CYPRUS
If for any reason clients are not satisfied with an order, the item(s) can be returned for size exchange, store credit, or refund within 14 days of the merchandise`s delivery date.

Returned items must conform to our returns policy:

Your returned item must arrive at the boutique no later than 14 days after you receive the order. After this time we cannot guarantee that Marde Ltd will accept the order for refund;

We strongly recommend that you book your return pick-up within 5-7 days of receiving your order to ensure that it arrives at the boutique within 14 days.

Once your return has been received by Marde Ltd (Splash and Editori Boutiques) and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you via paypal by your original payment method;

We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging;

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with their original tags. Footwear and accessories must be returned in the original boxes provided and inside a protective shipping box;

If the item comes with a security tag this must be left on. If the security tag is removed then the returned item will not comply with the returns policy and will not be refunded;

Please note that due to health and safety issues we do not accept returns, on lingerie, earrings and body lotions.

TRACK YOUR ORDER

When we ship the item, an email will be send to you with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your parcel directly from the couriers’ website.

SECURITY CHECKS

To protect our customers from fraudulent credit card use, all orders are subject to security screening and if any irregularities are found, the order may not be processed.

TAXES

Deliveries outside Cyprus are subject to customs, legal, regulatory and certain practical restrictions. To comply with local legislation, you or the recipient may be required to pay additional taxes, fees or levies, import duty or formal customs entry may apply to all products purchased from us.

Please ensure that you enter the correct international delivery address and postcode. If the address is entered incorrectly or if customs duties or formal customs entry are required, the delivery may be delayed. We are unable to offer you any assistance if either issue arises.

Please note that many countries have import restrictions on certain products or materials. You are responsible for checking with the local customs authorities before placing an order for international delivery. We are unable to offer you any assistance in this regard.

You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.

When ordering from us, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

Your parcel will be delivered to you at the place of delivery indicated by you. Courier agents will come in and try 3 times to deliver your order. If these 3 attempts prove to be unsuccessful, the courier agents will try and contact you by telephone or by mail. If you fail to reply within 48 hours, your order will be automatically returned to the sender.

Please note that Marde Ltd has the authorization to charge 10% of the total value of the item; if the item is not been delivered.
